Osiedle pod Książem
An estate site where buyers click from a bird's-eye render down to their own floor plan.
A residential development near Książ Castle needed more than a brochure: a site that answers the only question buyers really have — which apartment can be mine? From an aerial render, through floors, to a PDF card for every unit: 93 apartments, each one clickable.

The numbers.
Every figure here lives in a repository.
- 93
- apartments across three buildings — every one clickable down to its own plan
- 103
- plan graphics — 93 apartment plans and 10 floor plans, all hand-prepared
- 133
- commits in one full-stack repository — frontend, API and database
- 3
- drill-down levels — estate, building, floor — before the apartment card
- card for every apartment, downloadable from the same data the picker uses
The brief.
Estate marketing usually stops at renders and a phone number. Buyers want the next step: which building, which floor, which layout — and what does it actually look like?
So the site is a funnel that ends in an apartment: an aerial render with clickable buildings, elevations with clickable floors, floor plans with clickable units — and a card with rooms, areas and a PDF to take to the bank.
What we built.
Shown as it really renders — no mockups.
The flat picker
SVG outlines drawn over real renders at every level — hover highlights, availability states, and a smooth drill from the whole estate to a single apartment.

Apartment cards
Every unit carries its full room breakdown — areas, totals, its floor plan — and a downloadable PDF card.

A real backend
Express and MariaDB serve availability live; JWT and session auth guard the owner dashboard, with rate limiting and e-mail flows.
Consent done right
Google Maps and saved picker preferences load only after cookie consent — the site works fully before any agreement.

Worth knowing
- Availability on the plans — wolne, zarezerwowane, sprzedane — comes from the database, not from a graphic.
- Client work under the developer's brand; the investment stands in Świebodzice, by Książ Castle.
