Panel Intela
A tax office's client accounts — JPK VAT, bookkeeping summaries and per-client parameters in one panel.
Intela runs the books of dozens of companies. Their panel gives every client an account — bookkeeping summaries, JPK VAT declarations, activity monitoring — while the office manages roles, users and per-client tax parameters from the same place.

- frontend test files run on every push — Vitest with coverage
- JPK · OSS · VAT UE

- transactional e-mails written in react-email, exported for the backend
The brief.
A tax office's clients ask the same questions every month: what was booked, what was filed, what's still missing. Intela wanted a panel that answers them without a phone call — and an internal side that keeps parameters, roles and logs in order.
The client side ships accounts with activation and password flows; the office side manages global users, roles, action logs and each company's JPK, VAT OSS and VAT UE settings.
What we built.
Shown as it really renders — no mockups.
Client accounts done properly
Registration, e-mail activation, password reset and Google sign-in — every flow with its own transactional e-mail, previewed in a built-in dev tool.

E-mails as code
Templates written in react-email, previewed live and exported for the .NET mailer — one source of truth for what clients receive.

Declarations and summaries
Bookkeeping entries, activity reports and JPK VAT declarations per company — with a company switcher for owners of more than one.
Per-client parameters
JPK VAT, OSS and VAT UE flags managed per company in one searchable module — the office sees every client's setup at a glance.

Worth knowing
- The e-mail preview tool ships only in dev builds — production bundles never carry it.
- Proprietary engagement; shown with the client's brand.
